Our body safe warm leads us into our basic movements, and we will explore the various types of dance techniques and movements eg: Lyrical / Percussive / Locomotive / Layered and leveled.

Thigh and Hip Shimmies / ¾ Shimmies / Hagalla and other layered movements
Hands, arms, shoulders – strength, suppleness and fluid beauty
Undulations – not everything is a ‘camel’
Steps, turns and travelling movements – own your space and be fabulous while you do it!
Arabesque – adding that something special to your performance
Zohair Zaki hip slides – no Dirty Diapers
We will finish with a body safe cool down including rotational yoga stretches
